To better serve our local community, the Cuyahoga Falls License Bureau located at 650 Graham Road in Cuyahoga Falls Ohio, is happy to process and mail back to you license plate renewals. No return envelope or additional postage is required.
To take advantage of this service, please note the following:
- Sign and date the mail-in renewal slip (below) as sent to you by the state
- Provide a phone number for any questions that may arise
- Provide a return address
- Include a check for the amount listed beside the “Keep Current Plates” option
- Drop in the 24 Hour Drop Box or mail to: 650 Graham Rd #100-B, Cuyahoga Falls, OH 44221
(Important note: Do not mail to the Columbus address printed on the back of the form. If sent to Columbus, we cannot process or assist.)
